Chamber Council, consists of members to be elected by professional groups for four years. Council members are elected as; two in five membered proffessional committees, three in a seven membered, four in a nine membered, five in an eleven membered. Substitute members as many as main council members are also elected. Council, elect one chairman and two deputy chairmen from among its members every four years. Chairman and deputy chairmen of the council cannot be elected as chairman or member of disciplinary board and directors board. Those who have served as chairman of the council for two consecutive terms cannot be re-elected to the same post unless two electoral terms have passed.
