1. To carry out chamber works within the framework of legislation and council decisions,

2. Submitting the budget, final account and transfer proposals and related reports to the chamber council,

3. To submit the monthly account report to the chamber council for review and approval,

4. Deciding on the recruitment and dismissal of the chamber personnel, promotion and transfer,

5. To decide the disciplinary board to investigate, to ensure that the disciplinary and fines imposed in accordance with Law No. 5174 are applied.,

6. To prepare and submit the lists of arbitrators, experts and experts to the council for approval,

7. To certify the documents stipulated in Law No. 5174 and related legislation,

8. To prepare and submit an annual report on the activity of the Chamber within one year and the economic and industrial status of the region,

9. To present the internal directives of the Chamber,

10. To carry out all kinds of examination of trade and industry, to keep the index and statistics of commercial and industrial activities within the field of study, to monitor and record the market prices of the articles determined by the parliament and to announce them by appropriate methods,

11. To decide the disciplinary works of the chamber personnel in accordance with the principles and procedures stipulated in the Law and the related legislation,

12. To reward members who pay high taxes, export and develop technology,

13. To support and encourage social activities, to make donations, to grant scholarships, to make schools and classrooms with the approval of the council, provided that the budget is equivalent,

14. Electing an arbitrator or arbitral court,

15. To fulfill other duties given to the chambers by Law No. 5174 and other legislation.
