a. To provide information and support to members on foreign trade, customs and foreign exchange legislation and operation processes,

b. To conduct sectoral research and analysis,

c. To take active part in projects, creating reports to be used in strategic planning,

d. To follow the import, export legislation and global developments, to inform them and to implement them when necessary,

e. To conduct and manage internal and external correspondence in the fields of activity,

f. To ensure the creation, management and conclusion of projects aimed at directing members to foreign trade and increasing foreign trade activities,

g. To know, follow up and announce to foreign members credit and support projects,

h. To ensure the creation, cancellation and revision of the required documents in line with the changing operating conditions and requirements and the requirements of the Quality Management System and the accreditation system,

i. To ensure that members’ suggestions, complaints and survey results are resolved in relation to foreign trade.
