a. Legal Responsibilities
i. The tasks that are written from the 5th article to 74th in the “Chamber Transaction Regulation” that has been published in the official gazette no. 25934 on 12.09.2005.
b. System Responsibilities
i. To audit the activities in accordance with the standard conditions established in accordance with the Chamber Quality Management and Accreditation System in its area of responsibility and to report to the senior management the deficiencies in the system,
ii. To ensure gaining the consciousness of member focus in its own department and to make the necessary studies with this awareness,
iii. To contribute to the systematic analysis of the reasons of non-compliance in the services related to the Department,
iv. Ensuring that the quality objectives of the room are those that are relevant to their part,
v. To solve the member problems related to their department and to determine the conditions for eliminating the reasons,
vi. To make the necessary controls in the services related to the members and their department, to ensure that the service is of the desired quality,
vii. To participate in the Management Review activities, to provide information about the activities,
viii. To ensure the quality records of the Department, data analysis and report the results to the Management Representative,
ix. To collect payments made to the Chamber,
x. Responsible for performing the duties given by the Board of Directors and the Secretary General and reporting the results to the relevant unit.
