a. Legal Responsibilities
i. To carry out activities related to staff in accordance with the “Staff Regulation” which entered into force on 1.9.1983 with the decision of the Council of Ministers dated 18.05.1983 and numbered 83/6620.
b. System Responsibilities
i. To carry out the procedures for recruitment from outside to recruit the personnel required by the departments according to the determined recruitment principles in accordance with the “Recruitment Procedure”,
ii. To ensure that the documents related to the official institutions and organizations of all staff working in our room or who will start new work are collected and applications are made,
iii. Organizing the orientation training of newly hired staff,
iv. Creation and preservation of staff registration files,
v. Preparing the documents for payment of fees such as monthly payroll, annual allowance payroll, insurance payroll, bonus payroll,
vi. Preparing the staff’s permission papers, referral papers for the staff and their spouses and children,
vii. To ensure the creation, cancellation and revision of the required documents in line with the changing operating conditions and requirements and the requirements of the Quality Management System and the accreditation system,
viii. To carry out the performance evaluation, rewarding and improvement activities according to the evaluation results in accordance with the Staff Performance Evaluation Procedure in order to increase the staff performances,
ix. To ensure that the members’ suggestions, complaints and survey results related to the staff are resolved,
x. To investigate the necessary trainings for the development of the personnel, to prepare the training programs, to ensure the actualization of the training and to keep training records.
