Torbalı Chamber of Commerce, which provides provisions aid to 65-year-old citizens who cannot go out on the streets due to the coronavirus epidemic, will also provide provisions aid to 1500 families in need.
Curfew was imposed for citizens aged 65 and over, who were at the head of the risky group influenced by coronavirus. Due to this, Torbalı Chamber of Commerce provides provisions aid to citizens aged 65 and over as part of the Vefa Social Support Group activities. Torbalı Chamber of Commerce, which takes an active role in the services provided to the elderly in need, will increase the provisions aid sent by TOBB in the month of Ramadan and distribute these provisions to 1500 families in need. TCC will seek support from businessmen to further increase this amount of assistance. President of Torbalı Chamber of Commerce Olgun said, “TOBB sends provisions aid every year. This year we’d like to use our budget to increase the aid by 100%.
We will also include our members who want to contribute. We are living through historical days. When are we going to show our support if not on these days. These days will surely pass, but we will get through it with our bonds increased.”
